Transportation
Royal Coach Buses provide transportation to and from central pick-up points. North East staff coordinate transportation routes and schedules with the safety of all participants in mind. You will receive your bus stop information one week prior to the start of camp.
Medications
The North East Camp employs a full-time nurse. Some health issues may prevent us from ensuring your child’s health needs are met. Parents are encouraged to discuss their child’s’ health issues with the nurse prior to starting camp and throughout the camp season.
Lunch
Campers should bring a bag lunch and drink. Refrigeration is not available. North East programs are nut free. Peanut butter and other nut products should not be sent to our programs.
Fees
In order to cover the expenses incurred by admissions, event tickets, specialists and entertainers, North East charges a nominal fee. For current fee structure, please discuss directly with one of us.
Payment plan applications are available by calling our office. Requests for assistance must be received by May 1st.
All campers must pay for the full 6-week session. Since we hire staff for the full six weeks, we do not offer any partial payment opportunities.
New Campers must schedule an intake interview with North East staff prior to registering for camp. Intake appointments will take place from March – May.
